ParentPay

It is very important that all parents have signed up to ParentPay. It is not just the means by which school lunches, school fund donations, tickets for school events and extras can be paid for but it is also the main form of communication with parents.

Coombe Hill Junior School are now a predominantly cashless school. All bookings for lunch are made and paid for via ParentPay.

Please see the User Guide for information on how to do this.

On joining the school you will receive an activation letter which will give you a user name and password. You will be required to change the password and user name once you have logged in. This will enable you to order and pay for school lunches. Please be reminded that lunches can only be booked three days in advance and cannot be booked on the day . Similarly, we will need three day's notice to cancel any lunch bookings made.
