Inclusion at Coombe Hill Junior School

At Coombe Hill we believe every child belongs, is valued and is able to thrive. Inclusion is at the heart of our school and shapes everything we do. We are committed to providing high quality, inclusive teaching for all pupils and to removing barriers so every learner can succeed. Our approach celebrates individuality, builds strong relationships and promotes a sense of safety, belonging and high aspiration.

If something is not right, we want to know so we can make things better. Pupils are encouraged to speak with any trusted adult. Families are welcome to contact the inclusion team at any time.

How we support our pupils

Our inclusion work covers a wide range of support so that every child can achieve their best.

We work closely with families and external agencies to ensure each child receives the right help at the right time. Inclusion is a shared responsibility across the whole school and we are proud of the strong, nurturing relationships that help our pupils feel safe, confident and ready to learn.
