The Green team

THE GREEN TEAM

The aim of the Green Team is to promote environmental awareness of key issues in the world to increasingly make our school eco-friendly.  In 2020 we officially became an 'Eco-School' and have since achieved Bronze and Silver awards.  We are now working towards the final stage and hope to be awarded with our first Green Flag in the near future.

The Green Team keeps in touch via Google Classroom and meets in year-level groups at least once a term. In 2025, an environmental review was carried out by the 'Let'a Go Zero' to create a climate action plan that youc an see the review of below. in order to identify all of the positive things that our school is doing for the environment as well as to shine a light on areas where the school needs to improve.  Below are the findings from this review and the action plan that is currently in place.
